Domino's is a definite guilty pleasure. Normally I hate the place and would take a Firezza or Basillico, or even a good shop-bought pizza any day. But sometimes I get the craving, and can do nothing but give in. It's usually on one of those days where all you can do is attach yourself to the sofa, watch films and order take-out. As you've damaged yourself so much the night before, why not take it to another level and fill yourself with a mass-produced calorie-laden pizza which costs the same as a superior fresh wood-fired one? Perfectly rational behaviour you see!
So yes, I'm loath to admit it, but really I'm a secret Domino's fan. Italian style pizza will always be the best, but sometimes there is a time and a place for its inferior American cousin, and Domino's is the best example of it. But don't go the whole hog and order sides. There is a never a time nor a place for its awful potato wedges! -

Domino's are probably one of the least pleasant 'production-line' fast food pizza's available. Their pizzas are either uninspiring or so sickly that they have, on occasion, made me physically ill (and no, I hadn't been drinking, though I wish I had been). At first I thought I had simply been unlucky or been ill but it has happened once too often to be co-incidence.
From purely a shopping experience point of view, the shop is clean and the service prompt, hence the two stars. Nothing wrong with the shop or the staff just the product. If you want a decent pizza then find an independent pizzeria you can trust. The food tends to be fresher and packed with more toppings. -

I reduced the review by one star because when I tried to use a coupon for my very first online order, when it was time to pay, the coupon was not accepted, it said i had already used the coupon. But again, I have never ordered with them in the UK.
This caused some friends to join the order so that we could order a deal with a higher bill. WE used the deals section and ordered two pizza with two free side orders and the deal was 20 pounds, which would have been five dollars each for four grad students. cool.
You have to pay for cheese and they do NOT offer an online option to pay for extra cheese, so when the two pizzas arrived one pizza was just red sauce and nothing else at all! Since my gf and I paid the extra $2 for some cheese on our pizza, we had a slight covering of cheese and a few areas with no cheese at all but it was delicious, so no complaints.
The potatoes were good too. My only concern was that if YOU DO NOT INDICATE YOU WANT CHEESE, YOU WILL GET A PIZZA WITH ONLY BATTER AND RED SAUCE!!! So pay the money and order your pizza with cheese! The guys tried to take some of my people but I refused because clearly they did NOT want to pay the extra dollar and they attempted to order side and did not want to split them either.
Finally, They do NOT provide any numbers to call and my friends (who said they used to work there) said they are to busy to answer emails. Oh, and you must have a password set up with them to accept your credit card and there is also a card verification process and they will require your birthdate too. It's like a serious banking experience but delicious food. -

This particular franchise sucks the BIG ONE. Every order I have ever made has either taken longer than expected, been delivered by some absolute misery guts or is wrong in some way. One on occasion, they called to tell me my Create-Your-Own pizza couldn't be made because they didn't have the ingredients listed on the website from which I ordered. I cancelled my order (because they couldn't provide me with what I wanted) and it took them a month to refund my payment! My last order was undoubtedly a failure too - a vegetarian pizza with a whole load of beef hidden amongst the topping. They haven't even bothered to follow up on that complete. Losers.
